Welcome! We’re happy to have you attending our online workshop Franklin Method Equestrian® SI-joints and scarum. On Tuesday 29 June 2021 you can follow this workshop via Zoom.

My name is Janneke Jansen. I’m an occupational therapist specialised in equestrians and have a bachelor in Equine sports and science. I’m also Franklin Method Equestrian Pelvis Trainer and Franklin ball instructor and a certified Franklin Method Fascia Trainer for the pelvis and lower back.

During this 2 hour online workshop we’ll talk about the SI joints and sacrum. You’ll learn about the anatomy and biomechanics of these joints and the role they play in equestrian sports. All this is supported by Franklin Method imagery and ball exercises.

If you have Franklin balls, keep them ready. If not? No problem! Use a balled up pair of socks or a rolled up towel. It is good to make sure you have some space to move around during this webinar.
