Link to the online workshop

Welcome! We’re happy to have you attending our online workshop Pelvic floor for Franklin Method Equestrian® . On Tuesday 6th April 2021 you can follow this workshop via Zoom.

My name is Janneke Jansen. I’m an occupational therapist specialised in equestrians and have a bachelor in Equine sports and science. I’m also Franklin Method Equestrian Pelvis Trainer and Franklin ball instructor and a certified Franklin Method Fascia Trainer for the pelvis and lower back.

During this 2 hour online workshop we’ll talk about the pelvic floor and fascia. Why is this important in riding? Well, these structures play an important part in driving the pelvic bone rhythms that help us deal with the horse’s movements.

During this 2 hour webinar we will explore and embody the pelvic floor muscles and fascia, supported by Franklin Method imagery and ball exercises. If you have Franklin balls, keep them ready. If not? No problem! Use a balled up pair of socks or a rolled up towel. It is good to make sure you have some space to move around during this webinar.

The online workshop was at Tuesday 6 April 2021
22.00h Amsterdam Time – 21.00h UK Time – 16.00h (PM) New York Time

You can watch the replay here:

The replay will be available to you on this platform for one week after recording.

Where to from here?

You might have noticed most of the information on my website is in Dutch. Luckily there’s google translate and you will probably see some translations of my blogs appear on the Franklin Method Equestrian website.

However, sometimes I do give some webinars in English as well. If you’d like to be updated on our international schedule. Please email me at info@deruiterschool.nl

The online workshops will also be announced on the Franklin Method Equestrian Facebookgroup.
